I have foudn a really good way to protect the accounts of those that do get hacked in any way
The best method i've found for this is a pin which you will have to use once everytime you log on to gain access to all items the player has. Also, if teh hacker decides to delete a character, then just incase they know the secret question, a pin must also be entered. This way, the security of one persons account is secured and also decreases the chance of the account owner being fooled. The pin will not have to be entered when doing subscriptions because this may defeat the purpose for protection against hackers. If the hacker doesn't know the accounts pin.

This is just a little idea of mine, and I hope it comes in future updates because most of my friends that play the game have been hacked.
